Apply for the Keeling Curve Prize ($50k) by tomorrow, and get apps into to non-profit accelerators Venture For Climate, Carbon to Value, and Third Derivative by March

We’ve had a number of stellar non-profit organizations reach out to us to announce they’re opening up applications for climate tech organizations to apply. We know many of you are entrepreneurs, and want to highlight these opportunities since deadlines are coming up fast!
Applications for the $50k Keeling Curve Prize are due tomorrow, and they’re encouraging everyone to apply even if last-minute. They support for- and non-profit organizations working to remove GHG from the atmosphere.
Venture for Climate is an accelerator with applications closing one month from now on March 10th. They’re administered by NextCorps and SecondMuse and supported by NYSERDA, and are offer $100k in non-dilutive funding and an acceleration program specifically for climate tech companies.
The Carbon to Value Initiative is a six-month, no-equity accelerator accepting applications through March 31st. They’re run as a partnership among Urban Future Lab at New York University-Tandon, Greentown Labs, Fraunhofer USA, and also supported by NYSERDA.
Finally, Third Derivative is an accelerator from RMI and New Energy Nexus, offering outstanding support and access through their extensive networks as well as an optional $100k convertible note.

The Keeling Curve Prize is open to for- and non-profit projects across five sectors: Carbon Sinks, Energy, Finance, Social & Cultural Pathways, and Transport & Mobility. They’ll select two winners in each category and award a $50,000 grant to those projects. They’re looking for projects with a proven track record of taking greenhouse gases out of the atmosphere.

Venture For ClimateTech is a non-profit global venture studio + accelerator program. We source the most promising ClimateTech innovators from around the world and offer them hands-on support until they are ready for first customers, pilot runs, and investment. Throughout our annual cohort-based virtual program, founders will have support to build strong teams and tackle commercialization challenges.

The Carbon to Value (C2V) Initiative is unlocking a new carbontech economy, bringing innovative solutions to scale as rapidly as possible through the creation of a robust, powerful, and collaborative new ecosystem. Startups selected to participate in Year 3 of the three-year Initiative will have the opportunity to work closely with the Carbontech Leadership Council, an invitation-only group of executive leaders across diverse industry sectors driving the future of carbontech.
