Hi friends,
What an incredible summer we’ve had with the NY Climate Tech community! We were so happy to see many of you for our sold-out happy hour at the CitizenM Hotel, with great weather, great people, and great conversation.
It’s gearing up to be a busy fall, and we’ll see many of you for NY Climate Week and beyond. Check out all 163 (!) events and counting in our comprehensive Climate Week Guide, which breaks down what’s hot and what’s not! It’s available to paid subscribers, and we’ll release the public version in a few weeks. Plan ahead and show your favorite climate newsletter some love!
In the meantime, here are our picks for this week (who doesn’t love a climate themed field trip?!):
What happens to all your plastics, paper, and cardboard? Find out by joining the ♻️ Sims Municipal Recycling Tour on Thursday. As the resident urban infrastructure nerd, this is a personal favorite for Sonam!
If trash isn’t your thing, have no fear. We’ve got you covered with a 🏡 Passive House Tour with AIA Brooklyn on Thursday.
Finish off the week for drinks with your climate besties! Join the 🥂 First Friday Meetup hosted by NY Climate Tech’s very own Edoardo Italia!
As always, scroll down for the full list of upcoming events.
Cheers,
Alec and Sonam
